Orthodontic treatment for patients of all ages
We will be happy to evaluate all of your children around the age of seven free of charge. Their orthodontic treatment may not be necessary right away, if at all, but you will have peace of mind knowing their oral health. If treatment is necessary we'll work together to plan their treatment and place them in our “Family Care Program” until they are ready to start. We also love treating adults—so come in at any age! We'll evaluate whether early-phase orthodontics, two-phase orthodontics, surgical orthodontics, TAD treatment or dentofacial orthopedics will be the best way to get you the results you want. And you can choose the kind of braces you want as indicated below.
Invisalign® and Invisalign Teen®
Invisalign and similar technologies use clear aligners to slowly move your teeth usually without brackets. You wear the aligners day and night and change them every 1 to 2 weeks. In many cases, Invisalign® is a great option and Dr. Semco has taken numerous courses and is certified in to provide you with exceptional Invisalign® treatment whether a teen or adult.
Ceramic and Super Clear Sapphire Braces
If you're not a candidate for Invisalign but like the idea of clear braces, you can choose ceramic or super clear sapphire brackets. These brackets get the same results as classic metal brackets, but are less noticeable.
Traditional Metal Braces (Silver or Gold)
If you prefer the more traditional braces you might choose silver or gold braces. Although gold is less noticeable, silver is a nice option as well. And you can pick whatever color ties you want to go with your metal braces!
